On April 7, 2003, Judie Worrell gave permission for Bernie's shows to be hosted at the Archive, under separate solo and WOO sections:
I am going to put our "Taping Policy" on Bernie's website.... In addition, I'd like two sites, please:
1) Bernie Worrell & The WOO Warriors
2) Bernie Worrell
Bernie has several solo CDs out and more on the way. Some, unfortunately,
are no longer available -- so this would be a good way for fans (especially
the "newbies") to hear some of his other work. You do provide a link to
his website, right?

No commercial gain maybe sought by websites offering digital files of our music, whether though advertising, exploiting databases compiled from their traffic, or any other means.
All participants in such digital exchange acknowledge and respect the copyrights of the preformers, writers and publishers of the music.
This notice should be clearly posted on all sites that engage in this activity. We reserve the ability to withdraw our sanction of noncommercial digital music should circumstances arise that compromise our ability to protect and steward the integrity of our work.
